Operating out of our dedicated Heidelberg workshop, we handle drop-offs, rideshare courier deliveries, and mobile service call-outs (subject to availability) for riders across greater Melbourne.

Our Heidelberg Workshop & Logistics

Servicing a wide catchment area requires seamless logistics. We’ve designed our repair process to be as frictionless as possible, no matter which suburb you are traveling from.

• The Heidelberg Workshop: Located at Shop 3/ 101 Burgundy Street, Heidelberg (next to Peak Cycles and opposite Heidelberg Optical). If you are driving, easy parking is available in the Cape St parking lot just behind the building.

• Rideshare Deliveries: If you cannot travel to Heidelberg and our mobile service is booked out, many of our customers successfully organize scooter drop-offs using rideshare courier apps. We are happy to accommodate this!

• Mobile Call-Outs: When operational, our mobile repair service covers tyre changes, general services, and brake services right at your door. Mobile fees are calculated based on your distance from Heidelberg (generally $20 base + $10 per 10 minutes of travel). Note: Complex electrical repairs and custom modifications must be done in-shop.

We pride ourselves on transparent, industry-standard pricing. We specialise in top-tier brands including Segway, Kaabo, Inmotion, Xiaomi, and Apollo, but have the expertise to repair all makes and models.

General Servicing

A general service is recommended every 6 months to ensure your scooter is safe and to catch issues before they become expensive problems.

• Commuter Scooters: $70

• Performance Scooters: $100

• Includes: Tyre pressure adjustment, brake alignment, pads and rotors check, firmware updates, bolt tightening, and a full safety test ride.

Tyre & Tube Replacements

Punctures are the most common repair we see. We offer rapid tyre changes to get you back on the road. (Note: Prices below are for labor only; parts are extra).

• 8.5” Tyres: $80 labour (or $150 for both front and rear).

• 10” Tyres: $90 labour (or $160 for both).

• 11” Tyres: $100 labour (or $180 for both).

• Electric Unicycle (EUC) tyre changes are available by prior appointment.

Diagnosis and Complex Repairs

Got a dead battery, an error code, or a busted controller? Different scooters take different amounts of time to diagnose based on the issue.

• Diagnostics: Minimum labour fee of $70 (plus mobile fees if we come to you).

• Once diagnosed, we provide a full, transparent quote for the required parts and repair labor.

• The Local Challenge: Navigating the steep inclines around Kew and Richmond Hill puts massive strain on your scooter's battery and motor controller.

• Our Solutions: We conduct battery load testing and controller replacements for scooters that have overheated on steep eastern-suburb hills, plus essential brake alignments for safe downhill riding.
