  • Mobile fees apply to all call outs excluding those organised in Heidelberg

They are priced as competitively as we can, however time on the road is time a technician can't spend repairing scooters.

We often take a loss on the cost of our mobile fees covering vehicle expenses, fuel, and vehicle maintenance, excluding time spent traveling.

When making a booking, keep in mind our technician will need to organise their schedule based on the other bookings in the area to maximise efficiency.

Mobile fees vary, but are priced at

$20 + $10 per 10 minutes travel time from Heidelberg.

Discounts may be applied when multiple appointments are in the same area by the technicians discretion.

  • Please book a diagnosis is there is an issue with your scooter that isn't immediately obvious, or may be additional issues that need to be addressed. The diagnois fee includes 30 minutes of labour required to identify the issue and provide an estimated quote for potential further labour and/or parts required. If we are able to fix the issue within 30minutes, the diagnosis fee is all you will pay. If your scooter requires further work, the diagnoiss fee will be integrated into the final bill (used to pay for the first 30mins of work). A diagnosis is $90
We do not offer quotes or diagnosis over the phone. Please book this service for a labour and parts quote
