Please note, October-March is considered our "peak season". This means, while we commit to on-the-spot/ same day tyre changes and general servicing, repair jobs, especially large jobs may and/or jobs requiring parts will generally take around 2-3 weeks. If you require replacement parts for a non-mainstream electric scooter brand, parts could take 6 weeks + or not be available in Australia, especially if you purchased the scooter either over a year ago or from Ebay/Alibaba/Ali Express/Costco/Bunnings/Aldi/Anaconda etc.

We generally stock tyres, tubes, and brake components for most popular electric scooter brands. We do not stock parts such as motors, batteries, and accessories. For a custom parts order, please expect a minimum 2 week wait.

Instore bookings can be booked automatically by the customer via our website, and are often available same-day during business hours, Monday-Saturday. Walk-in’s welcome during the week, however as Saturday is our busiest day, we strongly encourage bookings for Saturdays.

Occaionally we may be contact you via our shop numbers. We recommend installing the Hub Tiger app and utilising the app to book appointments and track progress on your service.
